Joseph graduated with highest honors in 2005 from the University of Tulsa College of Law and was admitted to practice in the Oklahoma Supreme Court as well as the Northern and Western Districts of Oklahoma in that same year.  She is also admitted to practice in the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Before electing to start her own practice she was an associate for six years at one of Tulsa’s premier and longest-standing law firms.  There, her practice focused on complex civil litigation in all areas of commercial and general civil litigation, construction litigation, employment defense litigation and advice, with an additional focus on family law.

Joseph set out on her own with the goal of delivering objective and cost-conscious legal services to the Tulsa, Oklahoma City and surrounding areas.  The motto of her firm, "An Objective Approach to the Law," emphasizes her approach to your legal problems. Specifically, it means goals and efforts are targeted to accomplish a purpose that is focused and based on the facts of your case.

Joseph is a trial litigator with a wide range of experience. During her formative years as a junior litigator she gained first chair jury trial experience and practiced alongside recognized and skilled attorneys, fine tuning her skills in general civil litigation, including family law, construction litigation and employment law.  In addition to her legal knowledge, her professional and personal experiences as a former Tulsa Public School teacher give her an edge in communicating with juries and judges and helping clients work through difficult situations. She earned her law degree, her master’s degree and her undergraduate degree from the University of Tulsa.  Before pursuing her law degree she was an English Language and Literature teacher at Tulsa’s Booker T. Washington High School.

Joseph's private practice includes civil litigation with an emphasis on family law (including divorce, custody, child support, and paternity actions), construction advice and litigation, and employment defense litigation and advice.  Please visit each of these sections of our web site for a detailed description of services and experiences.
